Ethan has an extensive background in the government sector with roles directly impacting businesses. He’s been involved in projects that improve the customer journey for businesses dealing with government agencies. He’s worked at the Small Business Commissioner’s office and understands the importance of a business owners time and money.

While working, he’s established and supported his wife’s Paediatric Occupational Therapy business giving him an appreciation and understanding of being a business owner navigating competing demands and pressures. 

Ethan founded Elevion Consulting to continue his journey on making a meaningful impact to businesses. He has driven significant innovative change in the government sector for over a decade and believe his insights can help grow and setup small and medium businesses for success.

Ethan was the finalist in South Australia’s 2024 Premier’s Excellence Awards for the category “Driving Innovation – Individual”. This recognition was for the identification of a cross-governmental opportunity to leverage driver’s licence photos to meet the photo requirement for his agency. An initiative that is estimated to save the agency $600,000 annually and significantly improve service delivery for 10,000 citizens.
